nidascloset Hi! I just purchased your JC boots and am looking forward to receiving them! Would you be able to provide the diameter of the metal studs? I want to see if I can find some online to order so I can replace the missing one, but I need to make sure I get the correct size.

manda_clothier @nidascloset Thank you for being my first customer!! The stud is 1cm in diameter and there is a hole for a single post like an earring. manda_clothier @nidascloset For some unknown reason your order was returned to me, I received the package unopened but with half of the shipping label ripped off even though it was securely taped down. I'm so sorry about this complication! I'm reaching out to Customer service to see how to proceed, have you ever experienced this? It's just so strange, especially since it doesn't mention anything in the tracking details! I want you to receive your item, but if you would like me to cancel please let me know!

nidascloset @manda_clothier I was just going to talk to you! I noticed that the tracking hadn’t been updated since the 17th, so I was scared the package might’ve gotten lost or damaged. I’m so relieved that you got it! I’ve never had that happen before. I don’t know if you can just reprint the label and ship it again again since USPS already scanned it before? Or would it be better to cancel the order, make a new listing for the boots and have me repurchase them so you can get a new label/tracking number?

manda_clothier @nidascloset No thankfully the package arrived still in original seal, it was only the shipping label that was tampered with! I would be hesitant to reprint under the same tracking since it still says it's in transit. Would you prefer I canceled the order as you mentioned above, or wait to see if customer service can send me a new shipping label? Also maybe just double check your address is up to date for me? I'd hate for this to happen a second time!

nidascloset @manda_clothier It’s up to date, I use my po box for the shipping address on every order and it still works just fine as I’ve gotten more packages from Poshmark today. You can just cancel the order and I will repurchase once a new listing is made!

manda_clothier @nidascloset Just tried to cancel and an error message popped up that said I'm unable to cancel an order once it ships :( I will let you know as soon as customer service gets back to me with a solution, I wouldn't want you to end up paying for the same item twice.

nidascloset @manda_clothier I got an email from Poshmark Support this morning wanting me to confirm the address so they can send you a new shipping label. I confirmed it, so you should be hearing back from them soon!

manda_clothier @nidascloset Perfect! I haven't received the new label, hopefully by tomorrow so I can get it to you ASAP! I spoke to someone from your post office too, and apparently it made it to Denver before it went dark in the system. Fingers crossed it makes it through this time! :)
