carolt02 Hello, You commented on the cleanliness of the dress I sent you? The dress was dry cleaned and kept in plastic until I sent it to you. I inspect each item before sending and would never send a dirty item. If you would like you may send it back and I will give you a full refund. You may also send me pictures of the problem areas.

carolt02 If the dress was in such poor condition why would you release payment.? It means more to me that you, the buyer, are completely happy. I would rather have the dress sent back to me and give you your money back. I believe rating is completely false and highly unfair.

carolt02 @lynseyjones2011 Thank you for responding. The dress is new without tags. Never worn, but I dry cleaned it and hung it in a cedar closet for maybe 8-9 months. Absolutely no smoking in my house. The background color is cream or eggshell. If you’d like I will refund your money if you send the dress back. I have never had any complaint on any item I shipped. I would never sell a smelly or dirty item. My comments from buyers and love notes speak to my products.

carolt02 @lynseyjones2011 I’m just seeing this email. I did reply to you 7 days ago, ma’am. You may send the dress back and I will return your money. I expect the dress to be as clean and damaged as it was when I sent it to you. As a matter of fact. I’m going to turn this over to customer service. So maybe you should wait until they contact you.
