OK..... Don't "accept" it. Instead there should be an option to open a claim, or something about receiving the wrong item. From what I understand Poshmark will email you a label to send it to the correct person.

@lynne176 hi there! Ive heard from customer support just getting clarification on your claim. It looks like the other buyer still hasnt received the wrong package! Customer support only told me theres a policy in place for this situation, but didnt get into detail. Spose we have to just wait for the final package to arrive. 🤦🏼♀️

I got word you should have received a shipping label in your email... if there's ANY way you could get the order out before you go.... that would be awesome. If not.... I've heard nothing more from her since she confirmed receipt of the wrong package. You both appropriately opened a claim with PM and (I'm assuming) received the shipping label.
