momsenlyn @1c2a3s4s5i ok received the bag but the zipper is broken!!!!! And there is no zipper pull....what do I follow? Very sad!!!!

zezusstarchrist @momsenlyn there was a picture of the zipper and the description explained the defect. You can have it replaced through Longchamp for about $10 its the pull that isn't functioning, otherwise the zipper is fine.

momsenlyn @1c2a3s4s5i just for the record the zipper is broken...when you try to zip it the other end opens...the repair cost will be approx $40.....if I went through company I have to send it to them and still pay for the repair.....I learned the lesson here as the buyer....
