Trying to figure out why the 3 Star rating? Also what can i improve on? If its shipping then you need to understand you purchased after 5pm sat my time which means post office is closed till monday.so I cannot ship till monday and posh gives you up to a week to ship and two weeks to receive. The shoes are great shoes so what am i needing to improve??

Good morning, there's nothing wrong with the shoes or shipping time , it was just that you described them as a white shoes , but they are cream color , I have a white guess purse and is a big difference on the color, but I love the shoes they're in excellent condition.
