mariline1943 I am truly deeply sorry for the state in which your purse came in. My complete apologies. I was away on vacation and I had my son package a few of the items. Well I won’t be doing that again. I take pride in the Fact that I meticulously clean and open up all zippers to make sure that it is in the best possible condition before shipping. Again my apologies. I would be more than happy to refund you and you can keep the bag.
