Hello, Lori. @bayresort The bag charm that you purchased had some issues. Its brown pouch was missing and i couldn’t find it. However, the bag charm itself is completely fine with no issues at all. Still with its tag attached. Pls let me know if you want to proceed with your order. Otherwise, I may have to cancel it to avoid future issues. Thank you and I apologize for this.
