samhallmark I am the one u got the bra from.I am sorry for ur bad experience.The item in question was a friends which I sold on their behalf.So I take responsibility.U can see from my other sales they were all happy with theirs.No complaints.So it's not the norm for me.As for time.I accidentally but a prior clients label on its so it was sent to them first.Then to u.I had some medical issues that week & was kinda spacey.Again still no excuse.Sorry.I really am.
