bellaruby_love Hi, Thank you for your purchase of the baby boy cloths. I see you made an offer on 2 more item. If you put them together as a bundle I can accept your offers on the other 2 items. Since you purchased one item already, it throw postage on the other 2 items. If you cancel your purchase on the lot and them bundle with the other 2 items and the 16, I will accept the bundle, before I mail out the item you purchased.

bellaruby_love I've never had to cancel one, but I had a customer that did the same thing and she canceled and then bundled and purchased. Let me do some research for you and I will get back to you.

bellaruby_love @luvbinpcjkmom I am sorry that felt you needed to give a rating of 3 stars because you didn't know how to Bundle correctly!! You purchase one item then put offers in for 2 more listings. I tried to help you so you could contact support to see if they could help with shipping costs and you said you would get back to me but then you had a family death. You even said it was ok to ship separately since you missed the block to make changes.

bellaruby_love @luvbinpcjkmom ....Leaving a rating on someone's page due to your own errors hurt small closets like mine. We go off our ratings and by you putting 2 low reviews hurts my score and I did nothing wrong. Merchandise was as described, lowered in price and shipped on time. I hope you read this and learn posh protocols. Thank you!

luvbinpcjkmom @bellaruby_love I tried to contact you, even asked if you would call or text me. I felt fair with the rating. You did post that you would bundle if multiple items were purchased l, I purchased 3 lots. Poshmark wrote me and said YOU would have to fix it, they could not. But you wrote and said you’d already shipped everything. I made sure to comment and put that you shipped as promised, I had no problems with the items, but everything post you have says will bundle. You DID NOT bundle any.

bellaruby_love @luvbinpcjkmom You have to learn how to Bundle then. You purchased....you didn't Bundle. Bundle means you put all items in the cart together and then make 1 purchase and Posh sends us (the seller) 1 shipping label for every purchase (bundle) to ship. That's how you would have saved. Read up on it. You purchased 2 listings. Not 3. And the actual listing said you needed to have 4. It's fine, I hope you have better luck in the future. Just not in my store.
