How can I improve ship time? You ordered on the 21st and received your item on the 23. It took two days. I went and dropped off your item at the post office the same day?!?

@turtles0502 my apologies, your shipping was exceptional. It was the quickest order I have ever gotten from a Posh product I have purchased. The - 1 Star was not due to your shipping but rather something else. It was due to the tote having extra little problems. You did indicate in a picture it was becoming unglue, it just happened it has 3-4 more areas it was becoming unglue. Either way, for the price it was worth it. Again, my apologies if the rating reflected the shilling.

@larista67 oh gotcha. I didn’t realize there weee other areas of concern. I didn’t use it and that was the main issue I identified. That’s for clarification. I thought it was shipping I was like agh. I so hopped same day.
