szeksj1 I just saw your case opened with Poshmark support. I am so sorry. I already have been aware of this issue and have been in contact with Poshmark services to get the correct package to you. I sent out multiple packages that day and accidentally switched the two labels. I am so so sorry and I’m trying my hardest to get the correct packages sent to their rightful new owners. I apologize for the inconvenience and your bad experience.

olmarivers @szeksj1 Are you serious? This was your mess up. I had to buy an envelope .. wait for my day off ... go to a post office.. and try and fix your error. The rightful owner???? I mailed it back FOUR days ago!!! I have no hope of ever getting my package or that “ rightful owner” would have sent it like I did.

szeksj1 @olmarivers i am sorry you’ve had such a bad experience. You should not have to have paid for an envelope, shipping is free with the Poshmark label. If you are having such distress over the situation, I propose you go through Poshmark support center. The other buyer sent your package already. I apologize for what you’ve had to go through and I hope everything gets settled shortly. However, there is not much else I can do at this point besides follow the direction or Poshmark support.

olmarivers I did go through Poshmark support... they incorrectly closed it as Case Resolved. This obviously is not resolved as I have no package.
