@dwu5emory The main left pocket has a 4 inch hole and would be unusable.

@lbonhage oh I’m sorry. Can you close the case then? If it’s left open, then it will be returned to me. You should’ve left a negative review and contacted me instead. It’s up to you, if you want to keep it then please close the case. If you still want to return, then close the case. Nevertheless, I’m really sorry about the hole and that pocket is not usable. I would’ve disclosed it if I had known. I apologize again.

@dwu5emory oh sorry, I wasn’t sure of how to contact you directly either. Again totally new to this. Didn’t want to just give negative review either if we were able to resolve the issue somehow. Is there anything that you could do or offer then? I’m going to have to put money out to get the pocket fixed...

@lbonhage I don’t think posh allows me to give you a small refund for the hole. I have another buyer that wants it and I lowered the price already so much that it’ll be in high demand. So just continue with the case and it can be returned to me and then I’ll refund you. I think the jacket has six holes total so if it doesn’t bother you, then just keep it. Again, I’m sincerely sorry for the inconvenience!!

I really do appreciate you being so nice though. Like I said I am new to this and I really do love the jacket, it’s great, it was definitely at my max budget, but also appreciate you lowering too to find that middle ground that worked for both of us. I guess I just got bummed about the pocket right away, only because I wasn’t expecting it, but I can take it somewhere to get it fixed. It’s no big deal. You’ve been great to deal with tho!

I would give the tights to you for free if my mom finds them but I think even if I lower it to $1, it still makes you pay for shipping so I’m not sure whether you would want to pay that. If not, I’ll give you a big discount next time if you decide to purchase something from my closet. Thank you and sorry again!
