sassybooboo Hi Liz. Please accept my apology for the two day delay in sending out your dress. I pride myself on being a same-day shipper, however, I have had problems with my printer and wasn’t able to print a label. I will be dropping it off later this afternoon. sassybooboo Good morning Liz. As I was preparing the dress to package it and send it off yesterday, I noticed a small stain at the very bottom. I did not want to send it to you in that condition so I Attempted to remove the stain. Unfortunately, I damaged the fabric in doing so and I’m not comfortable selling it to anyone. In retrospect, I should have advised you that I was sending it to the dry cleaner and would get it to you once it was cleaned. Please accept my apologies☺️

lizzymahoney @sassybooboo this is really disappointing, I recently had a bad experience trying to purchase a similar dress from a different seller that never shipped. I was so excited to find this one from you and am disappointed to have another let down. If you can please cancel the order on your end as soon as possible so I can be refunded. sassybooboo @lizzymahoney I am so very sorry for your disappointment and the inconvenience. As I mentioned, I would never consider sending out a dress that wasn’t perfect and the damage occurred as I was trying to just spot clean the bottom. I hope you find what you’re looking for very soon. The order has been canceled and I received notification that the cancellation was processed. I hope you have a lovely Sunday☺️
