cj41 Hi liz I'm sorry the Tom's didnt fit you. They are a 7W which stands for wide. That's probably why they were big on the heel. If there wasn't anything wrong with the shoe other than the fit ,would you consider changing my rating to a 4 or 5. Its important to me ,as this is our business. I would really appreciate it. theposhmarkshop I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your purchase. I see you rated me low due to fit. Posh doesn't condone buyers rating due to fit issues. The tag size listed was sent & measurements were provided. Fit issues are a chance taken when ordering online which is of no fault to sellers; it actually hurts the seller's business when you rate low due to something they had no control over. I hope you'll consider this on future Posh purchases for both your satisfaction & the reputation of the seller.

vintageicon I’d appreciate a response. You purchased an item NWT and I accepted your low offer. All I’m asking for is an explanation and possibly a reconsideration. I cannot improve or apologize if I am not told of the issue. Ratings effect my status as a seller so this is very important to me. Thank you in advance.

redhedpebbles Hey Liz! I just got your rating and I am sorry that you feel like I need to improve on ship time but you recurved your purchase within 3 days and I live in Georgia.. you also said I needed to improve on seller response but you never made any comments to me and the comments that were made about the bag were addressed right away. Also, packaging? I’m just confused. Any feedback would be lovely. Thank you!
