I showed in the pictures the scrapes on the heel an there was absolutely nothing wrong with the other pair , they are in excellent condition...... for shoes that are a few years old an worn , yes they are in great shape so since you gave such a horrible review (which is far from true) illl be glad to take them back an resell them .

kristinlekki I take great pride in wanting people to be happy with what they purchase whether it’s $10 or $100 ! I think people tend to forget it’s a used shoe an clothing site an then you get the item or things in the mail an change their minds...very hurtful to say my items weren’t in great shape or that I didn’t post a picture showing the scuffs on the one pairs heel...my pictures very clear an there was nothing wrong with any strap ....like I said I’ll take them back no problem !

It is used shoes, however the buyer has no choice but to rely on the seller for clear pictures and descriptions that are as accurate as possible. Some things are subjective however. I mentioned it wasn't easy for me to do but felt I should and I really don't understand your anger. It was 3 stars, that is "horrible"? Uncalled for.

tomatonova My review to @kristinlekki ... I'm Sorry, so hard for me to do this but being honest, the "strappy" pair I would call "good" condition, but not excellent at all. And the other pair didn't have a description but I'd call them "fair". The pictures just don't show the fairly large chunks of leather missing on the heels, especially the wedge. I truly am sorry but I am disappointed. I wouldn't have bought the wedge and possibly the strappy either

Lol the other party finally said they got the wrong thing and I knew right away but couldn’t stop it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ just my luck... lol No worries we got this. See what they say when you ask

ohanasoul @tomatonova I contacted a fellow mentor posh marker and her resolution to this is both of us send back the merchandise to each other and pay the fees associated now because its out of Poshmark's hands. She said verifying your packages are imperative, I'm sure you’re aware... but normally I can do more on my side if the order hasn’t been closed out and funds released, and I have learned to come up with a resolution of some sorts and here is what we came up with.

ohanasoul @tomatonova partially. The verify your items comment was from the mentor to yourself. Just a reminder. Verify what is in them as soon as possible so we as sellers can catch any mistake and get it corrected as soon as we know about it and Poshmark will assist in the proper returns. Once approved and funds released they are out of it technically 😞
