kylibugg22 Hi lisa! You purchased the bath and body works items that were damaged, i am so sorry the body mist top was broken when you received it! Yes i realize know that better packaging was needed and i apologize for that! Id you want to initiate a return i completely understand! I an out of stock on this particular item but i would be happy to give a deep price cut on another item i have if you wish. Again i am so sorry!

lthomsen41 @kylibugg22 thank you for your response, and I appreciate your offer but really wanted that scent so I took it to the Bath and Body Works store near me and they helped me with a fix on the bottle so it seems to be spraying ok.
