Alas! I have searched high and low, tearing my jewelry drawers apart. But I cannot find your necklace. I have misplaced it. My apologies. I can cancel the sale. Alternatively, you can pick out another jewelry item in my closet for $50 or less and I'll send that instead (or, any 2 or 3 jewelry items that total $50). Again, I apologize for the mistake.

oh no! I believe I mistakenly switched labels on your package and it shipped to the wrong Posher. I would be happy to 1) send you another item in my closet in substitution (you pick - anything $25 or under), and 2) also ship the necklace you ordered when it is returned to me (I would pay for shipping).
