@lisal1023 I don’t believe that is an option. Poshmark gives 2-day priority shipping labels so you should receive them in time for your vacation as long as there are no delays because of weather! You’ll get a tracking number as soon as USPS registers the package!

Hi - i am just home from vacation today and received the order. The top is a size Medium which is too big for me. The description indicated a small. Also I purchased the pants to go with the top. How can we rectify this?

@lisal1023 hi Lisa! I am so terribly sorry. The last few weeks have been very crazy for me and I am not surprised I could have made a mistake! Which top are you referring and pants? The only pants I show you ordered are the joie linen pants which were sent. As soon as I’m on the same page with you I will work to fix this. Again, I’m so sorry!

@kelseykirk89 it is the Rory Beca top. Listed it says a small but the actual size says M/M. I bought the top to go with the pants (Joie) size 4 to take with me in vacation. The top is too big as I wear a small.

@kelseykirk89 Ok thanks. I didn't accept the order, it was automatically changed to accepted when it was delivered, but I was not at home. Correct, I got the pants to go with the shirt, but since the shirt is not a small, it won't fit, therefore I don't need the pants.

@kelseykirk89 I was not able to resolve the issue with customer service as they said that since the order was received, even though I was not home, the funds were released to you. I don't think this is a good way to do business. The order was shipped late to begin with, it was delivered when I was on vacation, as I had indicated to you that was the reason I had wanted the items. When I returned home I realized the size indicated was not the size shipped, your mistake.
