lisaernst @lisajohnson47 when a box is dropped of at a postal service, the next day is when they scan the boxes. On Saturday they are supposed to scan and send on,.. sometimes they don’t do it until the end of their day. I live in the country so whenever I shipped out boxes I either run into town which is about 25 minutes or my postal girl picks it up

lisaernst @lisajohnson47 last night I had 12 orders already ready and package and so yours came in the last minute so I printed out the tickets and took it with the other items and dropped it at a postal service that we have about 20 minutes from my home

lisaernst @lisajohnson47 because it’s out here in the country a lot of times they don’t scan it until their day is complete and then they go over and pick up the boxes that have been dropped off from the night before

lisaernst @lisajohnson47 I know I’m writing 1 billion messages..... I have no problem with when you receive the package to file a claim with Posh to turn around and send it back and they’ll give you a full refund. I don’t like for people to be unhappy so I apologize that you bought something that you did not want. When you get the package you’ll just have to open a case with them and they do a review and send it back to me and again I am sorry
