Can you explain a four star rating when item was exactly as described, shipped quickly, enclosed note that was thoughtful & wrapped nicely????

I’m going to ask again because you did not reply the first time - a four star rating was insulting to me when the swimsuit was exactly as described, shipped quickly, wrapped beautifully. and included a lovely note - a five star rating was 100% deserved and I’m truly hoping that you adjust your rating - maybe you didn’t realize you can go back in and adjust your rating?

Hello! Thank you for the rating. It may just be 4 stars due to shipping, but I wanted to let you know that I did ship the bag the following day. The delay was because it went to Poshmark for authentication. I got an email from them with their apology for delivery and authentication delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
