shine100 Hi Linda, I just saw your comment and apologies on what you are seeing as the condition of the dress. The dress has been worn maybe 3 times tops. The pilling may have been more from me washing it in preparation of selling it. Since I am new to Posh...I really don't know how to credit you. I am going to try and figure it out. Just keep the dress anyway...

shine100 Hi Linda, when I go on the website, it appears as though you have to make a claim within 3 days then you will be refunded. I don't know that I can do anything on my end. I apologize for the inconvenience. Would also be willing to send you a check...KISS is my motto:)

l_chester317 @shine100 Thank you for your concern. I really do appreciate it. I can return the dress to you and I am willing to be responsible for the shipping costs. I wouldn’t feel right keeping it, especially since you are willing to provide a refund. Maybe you can repair the pilling and re-list it? Let me know what you think.
