Hello! I taken aback by the rating you left. The item was shipped quickly and the delivery time is in USPS's control. The dress was packed in tissue paper and the description was accurate. I would have been happy to work with you prior to getting a rating.

@andago I rated it 4/5 stars because the dress has some evidence of wear a little discoloration spot and fuzziness.
