I have been selling a lot on here and if your not familiar with selling items I can see why you could take this the wrong way. There is a lot of issues on Poshmark lately for sellers being scammed, and many try to do returns , cause actual damage to an item just to qualify for a refund/ return. Some buy an item and take one they own that is ruined or damaged and

maidforyouclean @letitiasp say it’s that one. Poshmark doesn’t have any safety net for sellers and many have had very expensive items switched with counterfeits or destroyed. In order for us seller to protect ourselves is to video record our items before with the shipping label to show condition of that item before shipping to ensure the quality of the product. maidforyouclean @letitiasp does not have a zipper and many people do not read the description before purchasing even with that they still can get a refund and what that does is when somebody filed a claim even if seller made a mistake with size or if a stain or something, whatever it maybe any refund returns are a straight strike with your account after three strikes they completely discontinue your whole site and you no longer allowed on posh

maidforyouclean @letitiasp Mark even for simple little things. we have to make sure that we let that person know exactly that it matches so we can protect yourself our items , if you sent a nice new shirt to someone and they claimed it was damaged then not only a strike but you didn’t make anything and you get your new shirt back destroyed!
