ljolson70 @deirdrewhite17 I am so sorry!! I am a new Poshmark shopper and was not aware that we could not return items we did not like. You will be receiving what you sent me on Saturday or before. I would like you to send me a larger Coach bag, in exchange for the smaller one that looked very used and was even dirty. I would prefer one that would go well with blue jeans. I already have a tan bag with orange leather trim and a dark brown with black leather trim. Thank you! Janice

deirdrewhite17 @ljolson70 i’m so sorry that I never saw these messages until now I have a problem with my eyes since my stroke and there slowly coming back I am really sorry of course you can return any item anytime any reason my page anyway and that goes for anyone if it does not fit the exact description or your standards or you just don’t like it you got a request a return from passmark and they will issue you a return label

ljolson70 @deirdrewhite17 My other Coach bags are 10" by 10"; and are the perfect size for me. Thank you so much for understanding. I will soon be 80 and I am a caretaker for my husband who has Alzheimer's. He also had a stroke last November so he is immobile, incontinent and, has sundowners. I am severely sleep-deprived.

ljolson70 @deirdrewhite17 I was so happy to learn that you are willing to send me a replacement. I would prefer the black leather Coach bag that I saw on your page. It's the right size and it has some blue in it and would be perfect for me. As far as the cost, I already have $126.72 invested, the cost of the bag, plus postage and another $11 for returning the bag. I appreciate your willingness to accommodate me, a new Poshmark shopper. Please let me know what you plan to do.
