lolascloset_2 @lenayebraaten hi I apologize the dress you purchased for $5 was not as clean as you expected. I can assure you all items are washed and protected in a clear plastic bag. I did mail it the next day but unfortunately, I don't have any control over USPS 7 days it took to be delivered. hope you enjoy the app and have better experiences next time. have a great weekend! thanks again 😋
