@leavet on the crossbody purse you have to adjust the length of the strap AT the buckle on the strap. I adjusted it before shipping it to the shortest strap length. Clearly in my picture it can be adjusted and carried as a crossbody purse. The straps are 100% NOT DEFECTIVE. They are/were completely operational when I shipped them.
