it looks like Posh just did a full refund with return..... so you might need to repurchase them to start the process over. You can send back both boots and repurchase or just send the boots and keep the goodies for your troubles if you don't want to repurchase. (hopefully that makes sense). Glad you liked the extras. I picked the necklace out of my personal collection based on your picture.

@lealidel lol, again so sorry... what a pain. I'd say both because they'll have to be repurchased as a pair, but that seems silly since you already have one. In order to do it properly I'll say both.
