I am saddened to have gotten 3 stars (have only gotten one more 3 star review in over 230 sales) and again I’m sorry to not be able to process your return inquiry. I am getting married in April and money is very tight and this sale was a big blessing for me. Also, I’m very sorry for the “smudge”. I had it dry cleaned before shipping it out and inspected it myself before sending it out. I will address this with them for the future.
