Hi! I wanted to let you know that the LeapFrog book collection you purchased from me is about 2-3lbs heavier than what the standard shipping label allows (5lbs). It’s my first time selling an item such as that, I was totally unaware of the weight restrictions. As a seller 20% of my sales plus the shipping discounts are taken from my profit. Due to this, I hope you can understand that I have to cancel your order. I hope you can understand how sorry I am about this misunderstanding.
