ARGH! USPS squashed the box!!! I bought custom-made boxes for my large totes, but with that info, I'll add more protection for future orders, just in case. Thank you for passing that along!:) I am SO GLAD no damage was inflicted on your bag! I am pretty sure they are sold out and not replaceable.... WHEW, SO HAPPY IT IS SAFE AND SOUND! Thx for the purchase and am elated that you love it! XO

@2llibby SO SMART! (I do believe PM insures all packages, fyi--but still--I would have done the same thing!:)) I can imagine what it looked like. I got an online order two days ago with a pricey dress and the box was mangled up. It was horrific! I usually plan for that to happen and package for it, but I'll throw in some extra fluff in the future until they quit playing "football" with the mail--lol! Thx again!
