@vitalila Hi Laura, the order was cancelled. The shoes were brand new in the box marked by the vendor ( Macy's ) size 8.5 unfortunately the shoes were size 8 M. We never been in the situation like that before. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding. Best to you.
