Hi Laura,
Thank you for your order on the Sherpa Pullover sweater. I shipped out the sweater the other day, but for some reason it went back to saying I still need to ship the item. I have put in a request to have this issue looked at. Maybe on your end it shows differently? I am really sorry about all of this.
