I shipped it out today, and wrapped it in a never-used pillowcase in lieu of a dust bag because I ran out of those (and I'm going out of town tomorrow), but I wanted to reassure you that the pillowcase has in fact never been used. also, I steamed/saniized the coat immediately prior to shipping. there are different ways you can wear the collar-- check the photos for inspiration. cheers!
