I shipped your MAC pigments out Monday but for some reason USPS hasn't scanned it into their system. Poshmark keeps reminding me to ship them. I'm hoping something clears on their end tomorrow bc this has never happened to me before.

@laseliga I had to open a case with USPS and I reported it to poshmark. I should know more in the next few days. Sorry for the setback

I've talked to 2 postmasters from USPS, nothing has showed up in a week. They have no record of the package so they think someone may have taken it before it was shipped and/or scanned into their system. They have encouraged me to file an insurance claim in hopes to be refunded myself and I'm going to go ahead and cancel the order so you'll get a full refund as well. Sorry for the bad news
