mimi2ts Hi there thank you for purchasing my cabi heritage necklace. A heads up - I sent you the wrong pearl necklace 😱 I notified posh so when I hear from them how to send it back and how to ship you the right one. I am soooooo sorry. We are moving tomorow ,and had put the two necklace for sale said in simular white cabi pouches grabbed the wrong one to send you. In sooooo sorry. Posh will send you a return label and me a new ship label and all will be well. So sorry for the delay 😱😔

Posh has sent me some less than helpful messages as this has never happened before .. once I get a straight answer I’ll post to you. mimi2ts @lfenn5 I’ll ask posh support if we can do that. They told me once it was delivered you would be credited /refunded taken off my credit pending. Reach out to them too and see if we can just do that. I’m fine w the reshippimg. Ridiculous. Otherwise when I’m home & see my balance I can prob see what they did & go from there. I have a guy in support I can directly message about this too

mimi2ts @lfenn5 they should have refunded your account like now; those funds should be in whatever account you paid with so check your card or posh balance to see . If posh balance you should see the original Sale deduction , but Once it landed in my door those funds should be restored. Contact support again to ask them what’s up w that ?!

mimi2ts i will personally drive to PO and stand there while they scan it!!! LOL thank you for being a sweetheart. what a dated policy... o well your long awaited necklace packed and will be on its way in AM. ! it will be worth the wait.. a friend gave me one for Christmas and i didnt need two.. only reason im selling.. shes a cabi dealer, so searched for it. ive been searching for one since my original was stolen.
