akjen Just received notice that you canceled your order. I did mail it Dec 7. I mailed out several items on Dec 7 and Dec 4, and they are all marked as 'pending shipment scan.' The post office said they are swamped, that it is like this all over the country. I have ordered a few items 2 weeks ago that I have not received. I know it is annoying. I'm not sure what the procedure is with a canceled order that has already been sent.

sundance4less Hi, I can accept your offer on the filigree pendant necklace but was hoping to bundle it with the turquoise bead necklace you already purchased so you wouldn't have to pay two shipping charges. I couldn't though since the first purchase already went through. All I was able to do was to reduce shipping to $4.99 for the filigree necklace. I'll accept the offer and hope that works. Otherwise we can cancel both purchases and you can repurchase as a bundle, then I could ship both together. Thanks!
