nurtureyoursol @lanesloved Generally when you “like” an item the seller can then offer you a lower price and partially or fully pay the shipping charges in their counteroffer However please remember that Poshmark takes $2.95 of every sale up to $15 and 20% of sale above $15 so if an item is listed for $5 the seller would only make 5cents if they would offer to partially pay shipping and would actually be in the negative to pay all of shipping

lanesloved @nurtureyoursol I can’t make offers or comment, or even buy anything?? The issue isn’t with the payment method and a note pops up telling me to contact Poshmark (which I have). They haven’t responded and I’m really bummed because I really wanted to buy so many items so far!!

nurtureyoursol @lanesloved Did you send Poshmark message by going to lower right icon which is your home page - then scroll to “Poshmark support “and then scroll to “Contact Poshmark support”? That is where you can send them your questions- it generally takes a few days to have response - If they told you to contact them I’m guessing that’s the only way to solve the issue I think business days are the only time texts are answered rather than 24/7
