hopathekarey Hi I sold the the Burton Boots that apparently had a broken clasp. Ouch 2 stars, why didn’t you simply return them? For future reference Posh sellers prefer the return over the bad review. Have a lovely holiday the Hopathekarey

lainavann @hopathekarey hi yes one of the clasps was broke. I am new at posh sorry for the bad review. I went to return but it said I couldn’t because I had already accepted the order, or we would have returned bc now we have a broken boot we have to deal with. Now we know not to accept until we try on and make sure we want to keep. It’s a learning curve I guess.
