Hi there, so sorry to see you were so unhappy with your sandals that you left a low rating for something beyond my control, especially when I sent you a second pair for FREE. If you were concerned about sizing, you should have asked before purchasing. I have sold dozens of these sandals on Posh and have never had any complaints with sizing before. Take care.
