Totally meant to lose the First 50-60 By using organic coconut oil in my morning coffee and 5 Lecithin per day.
Then last May I lost my 23 year Career, and my world went dark and upside down and then the other weight fell off.

However, going from a size 22 to a 12...... I really needed to get that weight off of me. Just the last of it didn't go safely and planned!

@tigerlady65 Stress will definitely take it off i.e. divorce, loss of a loved one, etc.. That's not a fun way to do it though. I'm very sorry you lost your job, especially after so many years of dedication. Where did you work? I would love to know more about how you did it with the coconut oil and Lecithin.
