hollandarthur @khabelmann Hi Kristine-I just took the boots out to condition the leather before I packaged them and mailed them. It has changed the color of the leather on one boot somewhat?!?!?. I don’t feel comfortable selling them at this time. I believe it is easier for you to cancel the order than me. I am SO sorry-I have never had that happen. Please let me know. Again-my apologies Debra

I don’t feel like you would have been happy with the boots after the mishap. While they are certainly wearable -they are not up to our selling standards. hollandarthur @khabelmann I know total bummer-not sure what caused it either used the same conditioner as always! I cancelled because evidently the buyer has only 3 hours after purchase to cancel. Thanks for being understanding.
