I found the over the knee black boots here on this site and see that you have a big girls size 4. My granddaughter is a very petite 18 year old size 0 clothes, 5 foot tall, and size 4 shoe in girls (not women's). Is this size 4 the same size that precedes a women's size 5? What is the measurement of the bottom of this size 4 not from heel to toe? I'd like to know this before I make the purchase please?. Thanks so much!
