@krstnlj28 I don't know dear all it said was attempted delivery at 12:23 pm and undelivered at 12:25 pm today it's up to you to keep your address current on poshmark I cannot change anything now love ❤️ sry I would check with poshmark they have amazing tracking abilities nowadays ok! Cheers

Don't worry it will show up always does with tracking systems the usps is responsible to get the packaging safely delivered to your home 🏡 no worries they have excellent tracking systems like GPS and towers and everything it gets logged every step of the way

@lindsay1962 hi! So I'm trying to figure out what went wrong. I emailed support. I have my correct address saved on file. I tried to look up the tracking on USPS and UPS and both say it's not valid. I really want my purchase. Is there a way if it gets returned you can resend it? I don't want to cancel it..please let me know thank you

@krstnlj28 I emailed Poshmark's support team the address was undeliverable it's being sent back to me I have to reach out to Poshmark's customer service once it gets returned if it does I'll obviously let you know did you check with post office all poshmark is United States post office priority mail the tracking number is on your purchase tab

By the way you have the same thing under your purchases that I have under my sales so if you go to the Michael Coors watch that you purchased go to the shipping tab you can see everything that I can see you get to the tracking number and see if it was undeliverable you can see the attempts made you can see everything that I can see hope that helps

@lindsay1962 so the mix up is I'm not on that apt number. However it's a valid address. I talked to the apt office. So when u resend it, it should be all good. Thank u so much for helping. Postmark emailed me back and everything should be good to go.

@lindsay1962 so what I did is switch it back to my apt #. It's the same address just dif apt#. I'm sorry about the confusion. I was trying to keep it a secret for a bday gift but now I just hope I can get it before this Fri. Thank you for being patient and understanding. Again I do not wish to cancel the order. I really think it would be the perfect gift.
