krashiii @krissiep23 I know it's a bummer but it happens I guess when multiple items get shipped out at once. I think you have to go to problems/inquiries under where it says accept purchase. So instead of selecting accept purchase select inquiries and then say wrong item received. The posh team will look into it and send us the correct labels and I think we just ship them to eachother!

krissiep23 @krashiii No I will just do return to sender I’ve sent them emails letting them know my email is wrong I’m going to try to reset it but it gives me this code I can use the code because it won’t go to the correct email I’m frustrated not your fault
