Hi again...Wanted to touch base cuz I’m not sure what is going on with your order. It says it arrived in Florida several days ago and now says it is back in Seattle. Has posh or the post office contacted you about any of this? If not, I’ll send them a message today to try and figure this out!

@maisiemccarthy haven’t heard anything but there was funky winter storms all over the country this past week! So I figured it was delayed due to that :) I’ll check the tracking number and see if that got updated.

Still haven’t heard from posh but my shipping info is saying the package is headed back to Florida now...I think you’re right and must have been weather related. Anyway hopefully it will now be to you in no time!☺️💕✌🏼

I finally heard back from posh and they said it’s an issue with USPS and if it hasn’t been delivered by the 31st they will rectify the situation...not sure exactly what that means though😕 my shipping status hasn’t been updated for 2 days and still says it’s on it’s way to Florida. I have never had anything like this happen and am so sorry for the delay of your goods! Hopefully they get delivered in tact soon for both our sakes...☺️

@maisiemccarthy omg this is nuts. I checked it this morning too, how do they have no idea where it is??? I will be disappointed for sure. I hope they have some form of insurance that covers the cost of rebuying those items, so you aren’t at a total loss! Just hanging out until then 🤷🏼♀️

Hey again...just a quick update kind of. My shipping info has said it’s on its way to Florida since the 16th and now all that shipping info has disappeared! It literally just says it was shipped from Portland on the 16th. If it doesn’t magically appear in the next 2 days I’ll contact posh ASAP on the 31st so we can both get our money hopefully. What a bummer🤦🏻♀️
