chelsienicoler Hi there, sorry about your disappointment with the gloves. Can you further explain to me about the button not being attached properly? I’m not sure I understand. These are brand new and never worn, the condition they were sent to you in is the same condition when I reviewed them recently as a gift.

chelsienicoler I don’t recall there being many pulls or snags either so I do apologize. I will say however, I have other gloves of same material / brand and that’s just the nature of the material. Happy to give you an additional discount should you wish to shop my closet again.

kragozine4 @chelsienicoler ok so the thread goes through the material of the hand warmer & is tied in a knot around the button & the extra threads both stick out about a half inch. The button also seems like it is in the wrong place as the top part of the mitten does not lay right when fastened to the button & when comparing it to the other hand warmer, the button looks like it is a little more towards the fingers.
