I recognize my error after you pointed it out and given that you may be sustaining income with your postings I do not want my cursory mistake to negatively impact your business. Given that possibility, may I suggest a less passive aggressive approach to dispute resolution?

kristenvking @niquezeke Something like this would have been more effective in getting me to see my mistake and will be more beneficial in sustaining business correspondence: I read your comment about the insoles and would like to point out that they were in fact listed in the description. If you look again you might see that you missed this detail. If the reason for the three star rating was this one detail, would you please reconsider your rating or contact me with other concerns you have.

niquezeke @kristenvking Thank you for updating. I put my heart and soul in my listings. Taking pics from every angle I can think of and listing flaws in description. Very sorry if I was harsh. It's frustrating giving your all and someone still not pleased.

niquezeke @kristenvking I will accept your criticism of my approach and I would also like to offer some of my own. For some of these sellers that are trying their best please review the description very carefully before issuing an unsatisfactory review. I can guarantee they will feel the same way I did, although they may be more tactful than I was.
