suzisunshine777 @kitty_stone Hi kitty glad you were pleased with your purchase but I was a little confused about the rating. I took the time to wrap up your fanny pack and include some extras in there and your rating was very low which was very disappointing to me please explain why you did that and if it’s possible to change it I would really appreciate it thanks I take pride in what I do and it’s just unclear to me so I hope you can get back to me.

kitty_stone Hey, this is Kitty. When I hit the cleanliness selection, I actually thought that it was a positive not a negative until I saw it, later.
