2943lewis you don't sell items so you don't realize the impact a low grade like a 1 star effects us. I have bought and sold from Carol and her item are high quality items I looked at the handbag and it is made with Dooney and Bourks florentine leather one of there top of the line high end products

2943lewis I would like to ask you to please think about changing your 1 star rating of Carol and maybe contacting Dooney and Bourke on there website and tell them that you bought the item and your not satisfied with the quality of the leather. I know had you contacted Carol she would rather accepted a return then a 1 star rating I won't bother you anymore but please reconsider the grade you left her. thank you for your time Nancy
