i’m reaching out because i seen where you’re claiming i sent you kate spade earrings instead of ugg’s. i don’t like the brand kate spade so i’ve never owned anything from them. i know for a fact that this is not a mistake on my part.

i’ve also been tracking the package since i sent it and there’s been no sign of it getting mixed up, so i’m not sure what’s going on. i just wanted to clarify that i did not send you kate spade earrings because i’ve never had any in my possession. hopefully this gets resolved soon.

In October I needed to cancel your purchase of Tods orange shoes .
I cancelled using the excuse their was a problem with the sole . Actually
